At FORHALLE, we’re committed to your and your little one’s delight. If you’re not completely happy with your naturally handmade whipped butters, here’s our straightforward process for returns and refunds.
1. 30-Day Happiness Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

Unused Product: The butter is completely unused, in its original container, with seals intact.

Original Packaging: All tags and labels remain attached.

Proof of Purchase: You provide your order number or receipt.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@forhalle.com within 30 days, quoting your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with our return address and any packing guidelines.

Customer covers return shipping. Choose your preferred carrier and keep your tracking number.
Tip: Use a tracked service to ensure we receive the package.
4. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 2–3 business days.

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a full refund (product price only) to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different scent or product:

Let us know your desired replacement when submitting your return request.

Ship your unused item back at your expense.

Once we receive it, we’ll dispatch the new product.

Any price difference will be settled via a secure payment link (for more expensive items) or refunded (for less expensive items).
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care in quality control, but if your product arrives damaged or faulty:

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We’ll send you instructions for returning the item (at your cost) and immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

8. International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
