Our 90-Day Promise
Real change in curly hair takes time, and we will never pretend otherwise. Some families notice softer, easier-to-comb hair within a few weeks. For others, especially tightly coiled 4c hair, the biggest changes show up in month three.
I made this recipe for my daughter, and it’s been in our family. We believe in it. So if you use FORHALLE as directed for 90 days and see no improvement, we will give you your money back.
What to expect
With regular use, families tell us hair feels softer, holds moisture for longer, tangles less and breaks less. Easier detangling usually comes after four weeks or more. It’s a routine, not a quick fix.
How it works
Step 1: Take your “before” photo
Before you use any product, photograph your (or your child’s) hair clean and product-free, in daylight, front and crown. Email it with your order number to help@forhalle.co.uk within 3 days of your order arriving. We can’t accept a claim without it, because comparing like for like is the only fair way to judge.
Step 2: Use it properly for 90 days
Follow our how-to-use guide. For the butters, that means using them as a hair mask at least once a week. Skipping weeks or switching between products makes it hard to tell what’s working.
Step 3: Take your “after” photo
On day 90, take a matching photo in similar light, at the same angle, with no product in. Email it to help@forhalle.co.uk and complete the claim form below between day 90 and day 100.
