How to Use a Hair Oil
Hair oils are the "O" in the LOC and LCO method — the final seal that locks water into the strand. Apply after your leave-in (liquid) and your cream (cream) so the oil has something to lock in. Used alone, oil sits on dry hair and has nothing to seal — which is why so many people think oils don't work for them.
For the scalp, warm a few drops between your fingertips and massage in slow circles. For length, smooth through damp hair and focus on the ends. For day-three refresh, a light mist or pea-sized amount brings strands back without the heavy reset.
